Following Martell tradition, Martell Cordon Bleu Extra features double distillation of clear wines for exceptional finesse, which are then kept in casks of fine-grained oak to slowly concentrate their aromas without sacrificing their subtle sophistication. But while Martell Cordon Bleu is notable for the influence of rare grapes from the Borderies region, Martell Cordon Bleu Extra benefits from the addition of a generous portion of very old Borderies spirits, which add intense candied fruit aromas for a luscious cognac of remarkable roundness and elegance.
